How It Works?
1. Explore Different Properties
Filter by location, price, and other useful parameters to find your ideal home. Browse through a number of professionally shot photographs of each property, a video tour, and a floor plan to get a virtual picture of the property in your mind.
2. Send A Request to Rent
Fill out the form to send the landlord a booking request. The landlord will accept or decline within 48 hours of receiving your request. Once it has been accepted, we will withhold the first month's rent + Home Fetch service fee from your selected payment method until you move in.
If the landlord declines your request, we will release the hold on your selected payment method and no charges will be made to your account.
3. Get Ready to Move-In
Congratulations! You can now move into your new home! For your own peace of mind, we hold on to your first month's rent until you've successfully begun your stay. Our team will get in touch to make sure you are checked-in and happy with your new home.

Most Frequent Questions And Answers
Don’t worry, we can assure you that you will not be missing out! At Home Fetch, we send a qualified member of our team to visit the property on your behalf. Every corner of the apartment or room will be inspected and documented in a video tour made available on the apartment listing. Multiple high-definition photographs will also be available for you to see on the website. So there is no need for a physical visit – we do it all for you.
However, if you still wish to view the property yourself before booking it, we can help you schedule a visit for a small fee (deductible from the Home Fetch fee).
If you decide to cancel your booking before the landloard accepts your request, there will be no charge. If you cancel after the landlord accepts your booking. You will still be charged the Home Fetch fee + the first month’s rent.
Our minimum booking period is 32 days.
Unlike a typical agency ,we do NOT charge commissions, we charge a very small one time service fee which is only 30% of your first month’s rent (capped at €450).
Currently, we are only operating in Barcelona. However, we plan to eventually expand to other cities in Spain and onto multiple European cities .
