A Home Fetch team member will visit your property to create the content (Video tour, professional photos, and a floor plan) in order to publish it on our website.
3. Your Listing Goes Public!
Sit back, relax, and wait for a booking! Once we receive a booking request for your apartment, we will get in touch and you will have 48 hours to accept or decline the request.

By filling the “request a call” form on our website, someone from our team will get in touch with you to schedule a visit. Alternatively, you can directly contact us by phone or email to schedule an appointment for a visit.
We are not involved in the contract agreement between the landlord and the tenant. Home Fetch is a platform that acts as a middle man, connecting the landlord and the tenant. Once you have accepted a booking request, the contract will be signed between you and the tenant upon their arrival.
After a Home Fetch team member has visited your property to create the content, your property will be published on our website within 24 working hours of the visit.
Home Fetch was created to facilitate the property rental process; helping landlords to rent out their properties in a cost and time-effective manner.
-We usually only need one visit to rent out your property because the whole booking process is online.
-If an interested tenant still requests a visit, we will pay you €20 euros per visit.
